In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pk393", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the pk393 gaming platform and its operating entity, which holds an international gaming licence and operates the website accessible at pk393.org.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the pk393 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on pk393, used to access all gaming products and manage PKR balances.
• "Platform" — the pk393 website, mobile web interface, and all associated gaming, betting, and account management features.
• "Services" — all products and features offered by pk393, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, esports betting, and fishing arcade games.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which pk393 account balances are held and transactions are processed.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free bets, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account by pk393.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Player must wager Bonus Funds before those funds, or winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification, the process by which pk393 confirms a Player's identity, age, and source of funds in accordance with applicable compliance obligations.

By accessing the pk393 platform, creating an Account, or using any of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the pk393 Privacy Policy and any additional rules applicable to specific games or promotions.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the pk393 platform and close your Account. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the most current version of these Terms.

To open a pk393 Account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pk393 enforces a strict minimum age requirement and will request identity documentation to verify age at any time.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated entities are not permitted to hold pk393 accounts.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gaming services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of pk393 or any of its affiliated entities or game providers.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on the pk393 platform or any gaming operator with which pk393 shares responsible gaming data.

pk393 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close an existing Account where eligibility requirements are not met or where the information provided is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading. In such cases, any remaining real-money balance (net of Bonus Funds) may be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to KYC completion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk393 login credentials, including your username and password. pk393 will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

All activity conducted via your Account following a successful pk393 login — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawal requests submitted — is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. pk393 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

• You must notify pk393 support immediately if you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised.
• You must not share your Account with any other person or allow any other individual to use your pk393 login to access or operate your Account.
• You must use a unique, strong password and are encouraged to enable any two-factor authentication features offered by pk393.
• pk393 may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation if unusual login activity is detected, in order to protect your PKR balance.

pk393 processes all deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently accepted: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and MCB. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Deposits: Funds deposited via JazzCash or EasyPaisa are typically credited to your pk393 Account within 60 seconds of a successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or MCB may take up to two business hours to reflect, depending on the sending institution's processing times.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit. Before any withdrawal is processed, pk393 may require completion of KYC verification, including submission of a valid government-issued identity document and proof of payment method ownership. pk393 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours; actual receipt of funds depends on the receiving institution.

• Withdrawal requests will be declined where active Bonus Fund wagering requirements remain unmet.
• pk393 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding defined thresholds in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Deposits made and not wagered at least once may be subject to an administration fee to cover payment processing costs, as disclosed at the time of withdrawal request.
• pk393 does not charge currency conversion fees; all balances remain in PKR throughout.

pk393 offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and a VIP rewards programme. All promotions are subject to these general Terms and Conditions as well as specific terms published alongside each individual offer at the time of opt-in.

General bonus conditions applicable to all pk393 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. pk393 reserves the right to exclude any Account from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered in accordance with the applicable Wagering Requirement before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonus Funds expire if not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the Account without compensation.
• pk393 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
• Any Player found attempting to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, strategic low-risk wagering patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or coordinated play with other players — will have their Bonus Funds forfeited and may face Account suspension.

All bets placed on the pk393 platform — including sports betting markets (cricket, esports, and other sports), live casino games, slot games, and fishing arcade games — are subject to the specific rules applicable to that product category, which are published within the relevant section of the pk393 platform.

The following general betting rules apply across all pk393 products:

• A bet is only valid and binding once it has been confirmed by the pk393 system and a bet reference has been issued. Bets pending confirmation do not constitute a binding agreement.
• pk393 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted as a result of a manifest error, including incorrect odds, incorrect game outcomes, or system malfunctions. In such cases, the staked amount is returned to the Player's PKR balance.
• Live betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets submitted during a suspension period will be rejected and the stake returned.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market, per event, and per Player, and are displayed within the betting interface at the time of bet placement.
• pk393 reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or combination of bets from a single Player where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that such limits are necessary to manage risk.

For cricket betting specifically, pk393 follows established industry rules governing match abandonment, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes, and player-specific markets in the event of non-participation. Detailed cricket betting rules are published in the Sports Betting section of the pk393 platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk393 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all Bonus Funds, and may result in forfeiture of real-money balances pending investigation:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration, during KYC, or in any communication with pk393.
• Operating more than one pk393 Account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other Players in live casino games, poker, or any other multiplayer game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Deliberately exploiting errors, glitches, or malfunctions in pk393 software to obtain funds or advantages to which you are not legitimately entitled.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any other activity intended to disguise the origin of funds transacted through pk393.
• Reverse-engineering, copying, distributing, or modifying any part of the pk393 platform, software, or content.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or to misrepresent your location.

pk393 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — never a source of financial stress or personal harm. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pk393 account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits from within your Account dashboard. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been logged into the pk393 platform for a specified period of time.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up notifications during gaming sessions that display your net session win/loss position.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to your pk393 Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanent closure.

All content on the pk393 platform — including but not limited to the pk393 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of pk393 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk393 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any pk393 content without our prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of pk393 intellectual property will result in immediate Account closure and may give rise to legal proceedings. All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by pk393.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk393 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or expected winnings.
• Loss of data or Account information.
• Platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond pk393's reasonable control.
• Errors in odds or game outcomes that are corrected under the manifest error provisions of these Terms.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions.

pk393's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the value of the Player's PKR balance at the time the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by pk393's negligence.

pk393 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By using the pk393 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC — including name, date of birth, national identity document details, and payment method information — is used solely for the purposes of Account management, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of pk393 Services. pk393 does not sell personal data to third parties.

pk393 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pk393 will notify registered Players via email to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a period of no less than seven days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the pk393 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request Account closure before the effective date.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk393 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and pk393, the Player should first contact pk393 support via live chat to attempt informal resolution. pk393 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aims to provide a final written response within 14 days.

If informal resolution is not achieved, Players may escalate their complaint to the dispute resolution service designated by pk393's licensing authority. Details of the applicable escalation procedure are available on request from the pk393 support team.
